1980 FIN – Albany, Pawtucket Merge Non-Ferrous Manufacturing
May 15, 1980 FIN – Albany, Pawtucket Fasteners Division is the new name for Albany Fasteners Inc. of South Norwalk, CT.
Albany has merged its non-ferrous fastener manufacturing and warehousing operations with Pawtucket Fasteners Inc. The merger combines warehouses in Illinois, Connecticut and Massachusetss with plants in Rhode Island and Massachusetts encompassing 390,000 sq ft.
Joel D. Roseman, vice president, headquartered in Pawtucket, R.I., will head up the national sales organization assisted by three regional managers: Dudley Fuller, Boston, Mass, for the northeast; Steve Orris, South Norwalk Conn., in the east; and Rick Weber, Chicago, Ill., in the central area.
