Vogelsang, a trusted name in non-threaded fasteners for over 50 years, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to guide our sales organization as our 15-year sales leader prepares to retire at the end of 2025.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing to guide development of advertising and promotional initiatives based on customer and market insights.
- Build and maintain meaningful, lasting relationships with key clients and distribution partners.
- Act as a trusted company representative at industry trade shows and events, showcasing products and building client relationships.
- Provide regular performance reports and market analysis to executive leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial products.
- Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, branding, and business development.
- Proven success in meeting KPIs and driving team performance.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel 25%+ (domestic and occasional international).
- Ability to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity.
