For the second consecutive year, MSC Industrial Supply Co. has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Employers for Women, “reflecting the intentional work happening across our company to create an environment where all associates can thrive.”
MSC moved up in the listing from 272 in 2025 to 214 in 2026.

Melville, NY-based MSC Industrial is a North American distributor of metalworking and MRO products and services.
