Click Bond Supplies Artemis II
Click Bond supplied adhesive-bonded fasteners used on the Space Launch System (SLS) and Orion spacecraft for the Artemis II mission that launched April 1.
“Our technology helps mount systems and components without drilling into critical structures — supporting reliability on one of the most ambitious missions led by NASA in decades,” the manufacturer stated. “We’re honored to be part of the American aerospace supply chain that’s powering the return to the moon!”
Artemis II is a 10-day lunar flyby mission carrying NASA astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, and Christina Koch, along with Canadian Space Agency astronaut Jeremy Hansen, on a free-return trajectory around the Moon and back to Earth. It is the first crewed mission beyond low Earth orbit since Apollo 17 in 1972.
Founded in 1987, Click Bond develops and manufactures fastening hardware and adhesive bonding processes for aerospace, surface transportation, maritime, and offshore energy markets.
