Field Fastener CEO Bill Derry has 45 years in the fastener industry, including 20 years in leadership roles with Camcar Textron and Rockford Products. Since 1990, the Field distributorship has a 19% growth rate for the past 26 years. Derry was the 1997-98 National Fastener Distributors Association president and has been active in mentoring programs and the U.S. Fastener Quality Act legislative process.
