Derrys Credit Company Culture for Field Growth

Field sales have grown an at average of 20% annually since Bill Derry and Jim Derry acquired the Illinois-based fastener distributorship from foundeAdam, Bill and Jim Derry (courtesy NFDA)r Dick Field 25 years ago.  They credit the company culture created at Field for the growth.

And they have a goal of expanding from $63 million in sales last year to $100 million.
