General Manager – Fastener Manufacturer
This multi-plant manufacturing and distribution company is seeking an individual that has a track record of effectively leading teams and building sales, as well as having a thorough knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes.
The position will have total responsibility for a $12 million dollar plant that manufactures nuts, bolts, and stampings, primarily for the automotive industry.
Sales, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing report to this position.
This person must know the machines on the floor as well as the tooling. The successful candidate will have a keen business acumen combined with the technical skills necessary to run a plant. This is a very hands-on position where there is no room for egos.
Reporting directly to the President, the salary will be determined by the individual.
This company is first, and foremost, looking for the “Right person.”
A very comprehensive relocation package as well as a performance bonus and car allowance are offered in addition to a generous base salary. Immediate opportunity for increased responsibilities. A degree is preferred. OOP-167908
