John Hubbard is the new project engineer for Leland Powell Fasteners Inc., president Mark McCullough announced.
Hubbard is in charge of special fastener design, tooling design for cold forming equipment, applications engineering and standards management. Hubbard has 40 years of fastener experience with Rockford Fastener, Rockford Headed Products, Camcar and Greenslade & Co. He chaired the small screw committee for the Industrial Fasteners Institute and was one of the authors of the IFI standards book.
Leland Powell, a member of the Elgin Fastener Group, manufactures small diameter special machine scres, tapping and thread forming screws, including LoDriv and GripLite screws.
