The International Fastener Expo is accepting applications for a dynamic Client Success Account Executive within the LA/Orange County area, or candidates in the Chicago, Ohio or Detroit region with experience related to the fastener or manufacturing sector. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships that promotes retention and loyalty. The individual will be hands‐on with the day-to-day interaction with both vendors and attendees.

•  Experience in the Fastener, Machinery/Tooling or Manufacturing industries a major plus
•  Qualified candidates should possess the ability and experience to build strategic relationships 
with key vendors, associations and attendees. 

•  Strong outbound tele-sales and excellent client success/service experience a plus. Must have 
great follow‐up skills. 

• Computer literate in all aspects of Microsoft office a must. Experience with Salesforce or similar 
CRM with prospect list development and management required. 

• Working knowledge of Hoovers, Dun and Bradstreet and other research analytics a strong plus but not required. 

• Creative with sales and client service approach and able to solve tough client problems. 

• Ability to multitask in a deadline driven, goal‐oriented environment. 

• Highly organized, excellent oral, written and listening communication skills; highly focused 
attention to detail; a professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and customer 
service skills; able to work independently and as a team player across several team platforms. 

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management. 

• Must be able to travel 4+ times per year to meet with prospective clients, attend industry events 
and trade shows. Must have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
