Alex Kerr becomes VP and general manager, following Charles L. Kerr, who founded the company in 1948; Richard Kerr from 1949 to 2014 as it diversified from a hand screw machine and secondary operation to a manufacturer of many part configurations with 100 pieces of manufacturing equipment; and current president/CEO Charles Kerr II.
