Manzoni Machinery was founded in Italy in 1998 by a team of engineers with more than 35 years of experience in cold forming machines design. Their great knowledge of mechanics allowed to introduce on Manzoni Machinery headers technological innovation that changed cold forming.
Thanks to the high quality of the headers and to the great technological innovation introduced, Manzoni Machinery grew quickly to become a global supplier. In 2001 a new company was born, in Huaian Jiangsu, the most industrialized province of China. A strategic location right in the heart of the mechanical industrial districts, where a great number of mechanical engineers and many companies with good capabilities in high quality mechanical productions are available.
Manzoni Machinery in 2009 manufactures a complete line of cold forming headers for automotive, aerospace, military and consumer markets, in the range from 3 to 20 mm wire diameter. Manzoni Machinery has an area of 80.000m2, of which 10.000m2 covered, employs more than 80 people and exports technology all over the world.
Thanks to a new technology, they are so innovative to allow the cold forming of very high precision parts, easily, at speed never reached before, without vibrations, with absolute zero clearance of ram and transfer, saving space in the shop floor, with drastically reduced changeover time, without the need of expert operators and saving 50% of electrical energy.
Completely built in steel, thanks to the revolutionary sliding system without bronze liners, Manzoni Absolute Zero Clearance®, Manzoni’s headers are able to manufacture at high speed, complex shape parts with great precision. Manzoni machines are the result of an innovative project based on a new timing diagram that along with a design caring about the masses in movement, it permits to reach high speed of work, smoothly, without loss of balance and in total absence of vibrations. Completely built in steel, thanks to the revolutionary sliding system without bronze liners, Manzoni Absolute Zero Clearance®, they are able to manufacture at high speed, complex shape parts with great precision.
Furthermore, thanks to the absence of plays, punches are always aligned and no adjustments are needed, drastically reducing change over time.
