Metris USA Changes to Nikon Metrology
Metris USA has changed its name to Nikon Metrology Inc.
Nikon Corporation acquired Metris in October.
Myles Richard, managing director of Nikon Metrology noted the combination blends Metris expertise in metrology with Nikon’s globally-recognized brand name.
