MNP Acquires Assets of Alpha

MNP Corporation acquired certain assets of Madison Heights, MI-based Alpha Bolt, which had ceased operations at the end of July.\
Craig Stormer, CFO of MNP said Alpha will known as MNP Plant VI. Alpha manufactures threaded bolts and screws primarily for the automotive industry.
“We�ve been successful in restarting production and keeping some customers,” Stormer said of the August lapse in production.
Utica, MI-based MNP acquired assets related to fastener manufacturing.
