NFDA Topics Include Margins, Technology and Personnel

Technology, margin management and personnel issues will be topics for the 2001 National Fastener Distributors Association spring meeting.
The meeting will be April 25-28, 2001, in Naples, FL.
Mike Marks of Indian River Consulting Group will speak on dot.coms and their impact on the fastener industry and how to use technology tools.
There also will be breakout sessions with Gary Sapir on �Implementing an Effective 360 Degree Performance Feedback Process� and Gary Kokins on �Are All of Your Customers Profitable to You?�
Roundtable discussions will be on activity-based costing/continuous improvement, Internet B2B, sales compensation, employee hiring, performance and improvement programs, and strategic alliances.
The team of Rabbi Marc Gellman and Rev. Thomas Hartman, known as The God Squad, will make a presentation.
