REGIONAL SALES MANAGER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY          
Shanghai Autocraft Co Ltd.
We are currently expanding our North American sales force and wish to add a high caliber regional sales manager to our sales team.

Key responsibilities: – Initiates and maintains relationships and opens lines of communication with prospective and established customers.- Secures and analyses RFQ opportunities, keeps track of effectiveness of quoting process and assist in negotiations of annual contracts.- Assists with internal follow-up of customer concerns, initial response to quality issues, engineering support, engineering changes, production/program launches and prototype progress.- Attends and represents Shanghai Autocraft at industry conventions and marketing events as required.- Works independently with minimum supervision.- Other responsibilities assigned by the company.

Requirements:
–        At least 5 years in the fastener sales role calling on distributors.
–        Working knowledge of the US fastener distribution base.
–        Proven background of historic sales success with former employers.
–        Competent in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
–        Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
–        Able to efficiently and professionally work from home and willing to travel.

Compensation: – Pay varies depending on experience and meeting sales targets. Payment thru employment or self-employment. Base Salary plus commission

Expense Reimbursement: – Expense incurred is reimbursable against receipts according to company guidelines.
