Martin Schneider and Margie Schneider acquired the remaining shares of Continental-Aero from Lenny Robinowitz. Martin Schneider started with Continental-Aero in 1982 and acquired a 50% stake in 1999. Robinowitz will semi-retire to a special assistant role.
