Taiwan Fastener Show Set For 1st Event in 5 Years
The Taiwan International Fastener Show will be held in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, from May 3 to 5 and online from May 3 to 16.
The island nation exports nearly 90% of the screws and bolts manufactured in the country.
In 2022, Taiwan exported 1.67 million tons of industrial fasteners. While the volume dropped 0.7% from 2021, Taiwan’s transformation to higher-value-added products yielded record value of $6.4 billion, placing the country second in the world in terms of export volume and third in terms of value, according to the Taiwan Industrial Fasteners Institute (TIFI).
Fastener Taiwan reflects the importance of Taiwan. The show is considered a focal point for the international B2B fastener industry, where companies do business with suppliers. The show also provides insights into the fastener industry’s supply chains and trends.
The last Fastener Taiwan was held in 2018 and achieved a record high 415 exhibitors and more than 1,100 booths.
In 2023, the show offers an integrated networking platform, hybrid events, including online exhibition, global fastener forum, live on-site tours and networking. Web: fastenertaiwan.com.tw
