Teeter of Balzers New SECA President

Fred Teeter of Balzers Inc. is the new president of the Surface Engineering Coating Association.\
The association was formed last year and has 18 members representing at least 80% of the commercial sales of the industry, Teeter said.
Member companies provide coatings for fastener cold heading tooling and rivet manufacturers.
The association represents cutting tool, forming tool, moulding tools and precision components sectors.
Richard Horsfall of Ionbond Inc. is vice president, and Michael Zuraw of Fused Metals Inc. is secretary.
