Industry leading FASTENER COMPANY is looking for a sales leader who will be responsible for the creation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies and deliver on the growth targets of the company.
We are located in the Chicagoland area.
This is a critical executive position. Potential candidate will work with top management to develop a sales strategy to expand our sales in the distribution, automotive, OEM and tier markets.
Position requirements:
· Track record of creating sales and marketing programs in the Fastener Industry.
· Innovative and sales-oriented personality with 10+ years in a well-respected fastener organization.
·Outstanding work ethic. High integrity. Ability to lead with a team-player attitude.
