Bossard International, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bossard Fasteners Ltd. of Switzerland, one of Europe’s leading metric fastener distributors.

The U.S. group was established last year when Bossard acquired the U.S. fastener distribution operations of Swedish-owned Bulten-Kenthal. On August 27, 1982, Bossard International officially announced its entrance into the American metric fastener market with a network made up of 17 manufacturers’ reps nationwide. ©1983/2012 Fastener Industry News
