• Distributor Jeff Owens, director of purchasing for Tifco Industries advised fastener buyers to “Ask before ordering.”
• Joanne Bialas, national sales manager, for supplier International Fasteners Inc. explained that buyers need to be good sales people too.
• Simmi Sakhuja, president of Stelfast Inc. told how fastener buyers can help the salespeople for better results.
