ACQUISITION: Watermill / Vertex Acquires Allmetric

Watermill Group completed the purchase of Houston-based Allmetric Fasteners Inc.\
Allmetric is the first add-on purchase for Watermill since its acquisition of Rhode Island-based Vertex Distribution last year.
Watermill managing partner Steve Karol indicated plans to expand Allmetric from its Southwest base. “We look forward to helping Allmetric grow their market share in the metric fastener business on a nationwide basis.”
Vertex president Mark Alperin noted he and Allmetric president Joe Kratoville “have already discussed the opportunities for further growth by working together with Vertex.”
