Tim Cleary of Eckart & Finard was elected president of the New England Fastener Distributors Association.\
Cleary succeeds Peter Tamis of American Industrial Products.
Also elected were: David Dadonna of Production Fasteners, vice president; Bill Donahue Jr. of Arnold Industries, treasurer; and Carl D�Aveta of Bossard Metrics Inc., chairman.
The board appointed John Moynihan of Burr & Moynihan Inc. as associate member of the board, succeeding John Murphy.
NEFDA will hold its fall membership meeting September 7-9, 2001, at The Balsams in Dixville Notch, NH.
CPA Paul McGrath will speak on retirement plans and strategies. McGrath is president of Mottle, McGrath, Braney & Flynn of Worcester, MA.
Mike Eagan of David Kurlan & Associates will speak on sales, employee and business management.
