Ron Siedler will become sales manager for Elgin Fastener Group”s Chandler Products and Precision Screw & Bolt at the end of May. Siedler joined Chandler Products in 1989, and served as materials manager for the last three years.
Siedler will replace Dave Jahnke, who is retiring after a 37-year career in the fastener industry. Throughout the years, Jahnke had worked for 14 years at Lamson and Sessions, and 9 years at RB&W, before joining Chandler Products as Territory Manager in 1990. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 1992. Jahnke and his wife, Elaine, will remain in the Cleveland area.
Glenn Gentile will become the materials manager. Gentile has 25 years of experience in the fastener industry, including co-founding Precision Screw & Bolt in 1986.
Chandler Products provides fasteners for precision components used in heavy-duty diesel engines, transmissions and other demanding applications.
