Finnveden Profit Improves

Swedish supplier Finnveden reported sales for the first quarter of 2004 rose 4% to SEK 1.27 billion (US$166.4 million), while operating profit gained 56% to SEK 92.1 million. With all divisions reported decent profits, the company’s fasteners and powertrain business units contributed most of the company’s Q1 profit growth.
