Lord + Sons of California Acquires Carson Sales of Arizona and Nevada
California-based Lord & Sons Inc. acquired privately held Carson Sales Inc. of Arizona and Nevada.
The two distributors sell construction fasteners and other products.
Lord CEO Robert Bullock noted that the Carson Sales “talent, locations and inventory complement Lord & Sons’ business and extend our ability to deliver the best products and services to our customers.”
CEO J.V. Carson declared the transaction as “a big day for our company. We look forward to scaling our growth as part of Lord & Sons.”
