LTI Hires Horvath as Metrology Manager
Laboratory Testing Inc. (LTI) hired Ken Horvath as Metrology Manager.
“In filling this position, we were looking for years of outside experience and new ideas that will continue to grow our calibration services and sales,” stated Mike Hiller, former Director of Metrology and third-generation member of the family-run business.
Horvath has over 30 years of experience in calibration working for Raytheon in southern California. He began his career as a Calibration Technician, and most recently held the position of Regional Manager, overseeing Raytheon’s west coast calibration labs. Prior to that, he worked for Multicraft, a manufacturer in the automotive industry.
Horvath holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics from the former vocational school called Control Data Institute.
Horvath oversees the Metrology Department, known as LTI Metrology, which performs A2LA-accredited dimensional inspection and NIST-traceable calibration services for many of these customers.
LTI is an accredited, independent materials testing, nondestructive testing and calibration laboratory in business for over thirty years.
