Modern Plating Approved for Chrysler High Corrosion Finish

Modern Plating Corporation was approved as an applicator for Chrysler PS10180 high corrosion resistant trivalent zinc nickel black finish.
The finish virtually eliminates recess fill, thread fill, stuck washers and touch marks common with other finishes, sales manager John Nordlof explained.  Modern’s finish exceeds the PS10180 salt spray testing specifications, which require no white corrosion at 240 hours and no red corrosion at 1,000 hours.

Modern uses chemistry from MacDermid Inc. Modern is an approved applicator of MacDermid’s ZinKlad finishes.
