Outside Salesperson – Seattle Washington

• 5 years of sales experience in the mil-spec fastener industry and college degree preferred but not required (or in house training will be provided)
• Negotiation techniques, contract experience.
• Professional oral and written presentation skills
• Proven technical aptitude. Proven team player
• Profit and Quality oriented
• Professional attitude, appearance and work habits
• Energetic and self-motivated
• Desire to excel
• Analytical skills, able to see the “Big Picture”
• Computer literate in Microsoft Professional Office Suite
• Organize daily activity and manage all ongoing activities within assigned territory
• Further penetrate existing customers; increase company share of business
• Prospect and close new accounts in accordance with company goals and objectives
• Meet set performance goals
• Build strong relationships / partnerships with customers at all levels of hierarchy
• Continuously enhance product knowledge
• Relay all customer / market information to company

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

Required experience:

• Outside Sales: 5 years
