Roger Parisher of Hodell-Natco was elected chairman of the Southwestern Fastener Association. Parisher moved up from president last year and succeeds Robert Simpson of Partsmaster Inc.\
Tim Ellis of Steelfast Inc. was elected president. The Southwestern membership changed its bylaws earlier this year to create automatic succession from president to chairman for consistency.
