RivetKing Acquisition Corp. Acquires Celus & Techform

RivetKing completed its combined acquisition of Celus Fasteners Mfg. and Techform Fasteners Mfg., both of which are domestic manufacturers of blind fastening products and specialty cold headed products. Terms were not disclosed.
“This acquisition broadens our domestic manufacturing capabilities and bolsters the (RivetKing’s) position in the industry,” stated president Bill Goodman.
Celus and Techform products include TigerBolts, QuikSnap and QuikDraw eyelet style blind rivet products. RivetKing purchased all intellectual properties owned by Celus, as well as machinery and equipment and current inventory.
Celus branded products will continue to be made domestically with an emphasis on product quality and DFARS compliance. Celus manufactures in 2 of its 11 North American locations and 2 of its 7 worldwide.
