Our client, a multi-national fastener distributor, is seeking to expand in North America via acquisition.

The ideal target company is a value-added distributor of fasteners and C-class components with a diversified OEM / end-user customer base. Our minimum target size is $2 million of annual adjusted (pro forma) EBITDA.
