SW The Southwestern Fastener Association Conference & Fastener Expo 2004 will feature a presentation by three fastener leaders prior to the Saturday trade show.\
Bob Porteous of Porteous Fasteners will speak on �Maximizing Sales & Profits; Todd McRoberts, Stelfast Inc., �Customer Centered Selling�; and John Grabner, Cardinal Bolt, �Thinking Lean.�
The conference is April 22-24, 2004, at the Adams Mark Hotel in Houston. The Expo will be 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
