Vertex Fasteners Changes to Vertex Distribution

Vertex Fasteners modified its name to Vertex Distribution to “better reflect our future expanded product lines,” president Mark Alperin announced.
“Since the recent investment by Watermill Ventures Ltd. our strategic growth plan includes acquisitions and product expansions into other class c components that our current customers stock outside of the fastener industry,” Alperin explained.
The 123-year-old Vertex imports corrosion resistant standard inch and metric fasteners, including 12,000 corrosion resistant items, blind rivets and 50,000 metric catalog items. Vertex has facilities in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Tampa and Taunton, MA and is headquartered at 327 Pine St., Pawtucket, RI 02860.
