Greg Brown is the new CEO of Heads and Threads International LLC. Brown replaces Don Haggerty, who has served as CEO for the past two years.
�By mutual agreement, Mr. Haggerty has stepped down as President and CEO of HTI and will continue as a consultant for HTI,� the company announced in an official statement.
Brown is the former CEO of Vancouver, B.C.-based Xantrex Technology Inc., a privately-held manufacturer of power electronic products with $105 million in sales last year.
Haggerty became CEO of HTI in May 2001 after serving as executive vice president. He replaced Steve Schonholtz.
Sayreville, NJ-based HTI is an industrial fastener importer and master distributor with sales of $110.4 million in 2002. HTI is owned by Alleghany Corp. located in New York City. Web: headsandthreads.com �2003 FastenerNews.com
